MORAb-003 mediates tumor cytotoxicity via ADCC in vitro. Target cells were labeled with ⁵¹Cr and treated with MORAb-003 or an isotype control IgG. Effector cells were tested at different target to effector cells ratios (T:E ratio). (A) SKOV-3 or OVCAR-3 cells were used as target cells and treated with 10 µg/ml MORAb-003. (B) IGROV-1 cells were used as target cells and treated with concentrations of MORAb-003 ranging from 0.1 to 10 µg/ml.
