PLAC1 expression in NSCLC samples. Quantitative real-time RT-PCR was performed with cDNAs samples prepared from RNAs from 85 NSCLC samples. ACTB was used as an endogenous control. The cDNA templates used were normalized on the basis of ACTB amplification. Normal lung was used as reference.
