ELISPOT analysis to determine recognition of peptide antigens homologous to the HPV 16 E6 52-61 epitope. One thousand T cell clone cells were plated along with 1 x 10⁵ EBV-LCL cells from subject #1, subject #2, subject #3, and patient #1 (from left to right) for each peptide tested. The experiment was performed in triplicate wells, with error bars representing the standard error of the means. Each peptide was tested at least twice.
