MAGE-C1 (CT7) co-localizes with NY-ESO-1 to the cytoplasm of SK-MEL-37 cells. Endogenous MAGE-C1 (CT7) and NY-ESO-1 were detected by immunofluorescence using (A) anti-CT7 and (B) anti-NY-ESO-1 antibodies and visualized using Alexa Fluor 488 and 633 labeled secondary antibodies, respectively.
