Figure 1

FACS® analyses of the peripheral blood of patients after receiving KM871 exhibit similar profiles. (A) Proportion of neutrophils, macrophages, and lymphocytes expressed as the mean ± SD percentage of total white blood cells. Total lymphocytes were not determined in samples collected before and after 1 mg/m2, nor before and after 5 mg/m2 dose levels. (B) Proportion of lymphocyte subpopulations expressed as the mean ± SD percentage of total lymphocytes. Lightly dotted bars indicate a 1 mg/m2 dose before the first infusion; heavily dotted bars indicate 5 mg/m2 before the first infusion; cream bars indicate 10 mg/m2 before the first infusion; black bars indicate 20 mg/m2 before the first infusion; open bars indicate 1 mg/m2 before the final infusion; (\\) indicates 5 mg/m2 before the final infusion; (//) indicates 10 mg/m2 before the final infusion; squares indicate 20 mg/m2 before the final infusion; and hatchmarks indicate 40 mg/m2 before the final infusion.
