LNCaP cells fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde were treated with (A) a serum sample from patient no. 6, collected before the start of vaccination; (B) a serum sample from the same patient collected 3 mo after the start of vaccination; and (C) with specific polyclonal anti-PSMA antibodies.
