bNY-ESO-1 expression at the protein level was assessed by IHC using monoclonal antibody ES121 to NY-ESO-1. Scoring: 0, no positive cells; 1, rare and scattered positive cells; 2, < or = 50% positive cells; 3, >50% positive cells; nd, not done. Interpretation: pos, positive; neg, negative.
