Analysis of the Th2 type CD4+ T cell response to NY-ESO-1 p157-170 in HLA- DPB1*0401/0402 patients with EOC. CD4+ T cells were presensitized with ESO p157-170 peptide and tested by IL-5 ELISPOT at d25 against autologous T cell APCs pulsed with peptides NP 206-229 or ESO 157-170. The results represent the mean number of spots per 50,000 effector CD4+ T cells in duplicate wells.
