aSerum
samples from 10 patients with solid cancers were analyzed for
the presence of anti-SSX-2 antibodies by ELISA (1:400 dilution)
and RAYS (1:100 dilution) as described. Positive samples are highlighted
in bold. The intensity of the signal obtained by the individual
assay and the yeast ratio were determined as described for Table
1. The ELISA data shown are mean values of triplicate analyses.
