An analysis similar to that illustrated in Figure 1 was performed for samples obtained at different time points during the treatment. Results of the longitudinal analysis are shown separately for each tumor antigen-derived peptide as bar graphs. Numbers on the y-axis correspond to the percentage of CD8+ multimer+ T cells detected ex vivo using multimers incorporating the corresponding peptide at the time points indicated.
