Representative results of the RT-PCR analysis of the expression of SSX genes in sarcoma tumor samples. Melanoma cell line SK-MEL-37 served as a positive control for the expression of SSX-1, -2, -4 and -5. Testis mRNA was used as a positive control of SSX-3 expression. Melanoma cell line SK-MEL-23 was used as a negative control.
