Recognition
of peptide KELEGILLL by anti-LG2-C CTLs.51Cr-labeled
LG2-EBV cells were incubated for 30 minutes with various concentrations
of the indicated peptides. CTL 220-1-14 was added at an effector
to target ratio of 10:1. 51Cr release was measured
after 4 hours.
