Identification of the cDNA coding for antigen LG2-C. COS-7 cells transfected with the indicated plasmid constructs were tested for their ability to stimulate the release of TNF by anti-LG2-C CTLs. TNF release was measured by testing the toxicity of the supernatants on WEHI 164 cl13 cells.
