Specificity and HLA restriction of anti-LG2-C CTLs. CTL 220-1-14 was assayed for its ability to lyse the following targets in a standard 4-h chromium release assay: autologous melanoma subline LG2-MEL-220, autologous EBV transformed B cell line LG2-EBV, NK-sensitive line K562, autologous melanoma subline LG2-MEL-5-35isc3.1.1 and the same cell line transfected with a plasmid construct containing the HLA-B*4403 cDNA. ⁵¹Cr release was measured after 4 hours.
