Sera from mice immunized with hTyrp2 DNA recognize recombinant mTyrp1 produced in baculovirus. Sera that were found to recognize Tyrp1 in B16 melanoma lysate were used in an immunoprecipitation-Western blot assay in which TA99 was used to immunoprecipitate lysates from Sf9 cells infected with mTyrp1-encoding baculovirus or wild type baculovirus.
