Sera from mice immunized with hTyrp2 DNA recognize mouse Tyrp1. Sera from experiments in which C57BL/6 mice were immunized with hTyrp2 were assayed by immunoprecipitation-Western blot for antibodies recognizing Tyrp1. TA99 was used for the immunoprecipitation step. These are results from three representative mice that do or do not recognize Tyrp1.
