Mice immunized with hTyrp2 DNA produce antibodies that recognize mouse Tyrp2. C57BL/6 mice were immunized with plasmid encoding hTyrp2 weekly for five weeks. Sera were collected and analyzed by immunoprecipitation-Western blot assays in which lysate from B16 melanoma cells was immunoprecipitated with anti-pep8 (recognizing Tyrp2) and then separated by 8% SDS-PAGE.
