Infection with an OVA-expressing virus induces tolerance against E.G7. C57BL/6 mice were injected i.v. with VSV-OVA (A), VSV (B) or buffer (C). Two weeks later, mice were challenged with live E.G7 cells and tumor growth was monitored. Each line denotes the kinetics of tumor growth in a single mouse.
