Transfer
of OVA-specific spleen cells from OT-1 mice does not prevent E.G7
tumor growth. Naive (A) or in vitro stimulated (C)
OT-1 spleen cells were adoptively transferred into naive C57BL/6
mice. Two days later, mice were challenged with live E.G7 cells.
Control mice received the same number of naive (B) or in vitro
stimulated spleen cells from normal C57BL/6 mice (D) and were
also challenged with live E.G7 cells. Each line denotes the kinetics
of tumor growth in a single mouse.
