BAX, p21, MDM-2 and GADD45 protein sequences were obtained and
analyzed for potential HLA-A2 binding peptides using a computer
algorithm (see Materials and Methods). Two high-scoring sequences
were synthesized. The defined p53 264-272 naturally processed
and HLA-A2-presented epitope was also produced for CTL specificity
analysis.
