Tumor immunity is dependent on CD91. Mice were immunized as in Figure 2A together with 100 µg of anti-CD91 antibody or control rabbit Ig. Further antibody was given on days -13, -12, -6 and -5. The B16-F10-OVA tumor challenge was given on day 0 and tumor growth was monitored.
