ELISPOT analysis of the recognition of peptide-pulsed PHA blasts expressing different HLA alleles derived from cancer patients and healthy donors by NY-ESO-1 p94-102 peptide-presensitized NW1274 CD8+ T cells. PHA blasts were unpulsed (-) or pulsed with 10 µg/ml NY-ESO-1 p94-102 peptide (+). Recognition of HLA-B51+ target cells NW1274 and NW1725 confirms the HLA-B51 restriction of T cell recognition.
