ELISPOT analysis of the recognition of NY-ESO-1 p94-102 peptide by NY-ESO-1 p94-102 peptide-presensitized CD8+ T cells from four NY-ESO-1 seropositive patients sharing the HLA-A3 and/or the B51 allele. CD8+ T cells from patients NW1354, NW923, NW1352 and NW1539 were presensitized for 6 days with T cell depleted, p94-102 peptide-pulsed, irradiated PBLs. The presensitized cells (2.5 x 104 cells/well) were then incubated with irradiated, unpulsed (-) or NY-ESO-1 p94-102 peptide-pulsed (+) T2.A3 target cells (5 x 104 cells/well).
