ELISPOT analysis of the recognition of overlapping NY-ESO-1 18-mer peptides by Ad2/ESO-presensitized CD8+ NW1539 T cells. CD8+ T cells from patient NW1539 were presensitized for 6 days with T cell depleted, Ad2/ESO-infected, irradiated autologous PBLs. The presensitized cells (2.5 x 10⁴ cells/well) were then incubated with irradiated T2.A3 cells (5 x 10⁴ cells/well) pulsed with the indicated NY-ESO-1 peptides.
