Sensitivity of small and large scale ELISPOT assays in detecting cells transfected with RLakt gene. ELISPOT and IFN-gamma ELISA assays with B-24 CTL against CMS8 cells transfected with RLakt plasmid mixed with control EGFP plasmid at various ratios. ELISPOTs produced by B-24 CTL in 96- (A) and 24- (B) well plates. IFN-gamma in the supernatant (100 µl) from each well of 96- (C) and of 24- (D) well plates were determined by ELISA.
